Grammie has a bad hurtie

Hi everybean and furry,

I know some of you already know about Grammie but for those who don't, she had a kaboomie last night. She was coming into the living room and her left leg maked a loud scary noise and then she went down on the ground. She said it hurt really bad. I was concerned so I went and sat right next to her and just kept my eye things fixed on hers.

Momma put me in the bedroom so that I wasn't in the way and then I hearded a lot of beans talking about how to get her up off the floor, onto the special chair that goes down stairs and out to the monster with flashy lights on it. It snowed real hard here the other day and maked it really hard for them to do. But, they did a real good job a'cause once Grammie was out of the house, Momma let me out and I watched from the living room window. I could see Momma and Aunt Kathy there too. There was a really nice cop bean that maked Grammie feel real calm and said nice words at her. That maked Momma and me happy.

She wented to the Bean Hospitable and am there now. She had a cat scan over her leg and the poodin said that she had a broken tibia. That am in her left leg thing... so a'cause she has osteopurrosis, she can't have surgery on it. She am gonna get a brace to keep her leg from moving insead. She am not happy about her leg thing but when Momma sawed her today, she said she looked as good as she could considering her situation.

Please pray for mine Grammie. She loves Jesus a whole lot and knows He'll take care of her but it am always good to have more beans praying for her as well. Momma has a special update page that sends alerts to your email about Grammie. If you would like to have those alerts sent to you, please email Momma and she'll make sure you get the right information you need to read her updates. It am on a website called: www.visitngours.com which am made for beans and families to keep in touch that way instead of making lots of phone calls.

Thanks to you all who have already said such kind words at me and Momma and 'specially Grammie. It warms our hearts and makes me purr. They are needed and make us smile knowing that you all care 'bout us that way. :)

We wanted to leave a message for your Grammie but we couldn't figure out how :( Mommy is at work so it may be that her Mac (which doesn't always show websites the same way as a PC) isn't showing it right. Anyway, my mommy's mommy-in-law has a website "scripturemenuDOTcom" where you can look up bible verses based on topic. My mommy thought your Grammie would get a kick from this one....

1 Timothy 5:23
No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach's sake and your frequent infirmities.

Timmy,

I hope your Grammie is feeling better. And take this from me - I've had lots of practice - when your beans are yelling in pain, just stay out of the way. It keeps your tail safe. :)

We are so sorry to hear about your Grammie's injury. I was afraid it was her hip with your first description, but the tibia is better for her overall, thank goodness. We will send her all kinds of prayers. She needs to get well so she can make more Kozies! (Btw, we're still loving ours!)

As for the cat scan, what do they think you were doing for her when she first fell. All they had to do was ask you and you could have told them what you'd scanned...

Oh Timmy yer poor Grammie. We will definately keep her in our puurrrayers. She is a nice, nice grammie. We hopes her leg gets better as quickly as possible. Mom explained to us that it takes longer for Grammies to heal up 'cause they are wise, but their bodies haf more miles on them. We don't really understand this, but we know it is true of poodies too. So we will send good vibes to yer family too ~Merlin, Shadow, Ko Ko and the Poiland Tribe
